Shipping Policy
Here's everything you need to know about how we get your CosmisWorld order to your door.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro cities and rural areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders across India.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime via the Track Your Order page on our site.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address. A COD confirmation call or verification may be required before dispatch.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@cosmisworld.com with your order number, and we'll investigate with our courier partner. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Multiple Items, Multiple Shipments
If you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately depending on stock location. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.
