About CosmisWorld

Is CosmisWorld a reseller or your own brand?
CosmisWorld is a fully self-owned brand. We design, source, and quality-check every shoe ourselves — we don't resell other brands.

Do you make shoes for women or kids?
No, we currently design men's footwear exclusively.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
Pick your style, select your UK size, and hit "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now." You'll get an order confirmation by email once your payment goes through.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us at hello@cosmisworld.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once dispatched, it can't be changed.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on eligible pin codes. You'll see the option at checkout if it's available for your address.

Do you offer EMI or "Pay in installments"?
Yes, select orders are eligible for installment payments through Simpl at checkout.

Sizing

How do I find my correct size?
Check the Size Guide on each product page for UK, US, and EU conversions along with foot length in cm. Our shoes generally fit true to size — if you usually wear half sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What if I order the wrong size?
You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the shoes are unworn and in original packaging. See our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. After that, delivery takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–8 business days for non-metro areas.

Do you ship outside India?
Not currently — we only ship within India.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return window?
7 days from the date of delivery, for unworn shoes in original packaging with tags intact.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email hello@cosmisworld.com with your order number, or use the Returns Portal linked in our site footer.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Product Care

How do I clean my shoes?
Wipe with a soft, damp microfiber cloth for daily cleaning. For suede uppers, use a dry, soft-bristled brush and avoid water. Full care instructions are on each product page.

Can I machine wash my CosmisWorld shoes?
No — machine washing or tumble drying can damage the materials and construction. Air dry at room temperature only.
